1. Scope & Agreement Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of relifly.vercel.app, software engineering services, AI agent solutions, and mobile applications (including Ezan Vakti & Qibla Direction) provided by Relifly AI Studio ("Company").

By visiting our platform, utilizing our software tools, or downloading our applications, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Relifly AI Studio logo, software source code, autonomous AI agent workflows, design tokens, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

Bespoke source code transfers and client project ownership are governed by formal written engineering agreements signed between the parties upon contract execution.

3. Service Terms & Disclaimer

• Users agree to access our platform and applications strictly for lawful and intended purposes.
• Timelines and estimates generated by the AI Project Architect tool serve as initial non-binding architectural blueprints. Final schedules and budgets are formalized following technical discovery.
• In the Ezan Vakti mobile application, prayer times are calculated using astronomical coordinate algorithms; enabling device GPS permissions for location accuracy remains the user's responsibility.

4. Governing Law & Inquiries

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and software laws.
